Selects a number that is added to every Individual
ASTRO OTAR Radio ID within the Clone
Radio Window, thereby creating a new Individual ASTRO OTAR Radio ID
for every Secure KMF Profile listed.
This increment amount is added each time the "OK" button is
selected. 
This is most useful when cloning several radios in the same programming session.
